We’re so excited you’ll be coming to Wenatchee for our wedding! If you have a little free time, we wanted to share some of our favorite spots—especially things close to downtown, plus a few easy drives for views and fall vibes.
Downtown Fun (Walking Distance from the Hilton)
• Pybus Public Market
One of our favorite places to wander. Grab a coffee, snack, or something local to take home. There’s everything from pastries and wine tastings to little boutiques—perfect for a casual stroll.
• Wenatchee Riverfront Park & Apple Capital Loop Trail Right along the river, it’s an easy walk and the views are so pretty, especially at sunset.
• Public Art & Murals
Keep your eyes open while you wander there are lots of fun murals and sculptures for photos (or selfies!).
• Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center –
A cozy spot to learn a little local history, or just take a break from walking around.
• Coffee Shops, Wine Bars & Small Boutiques
Downtown is full of little gems to explore, grab a drink, a sweet treat, or just peek inside the cute shops.
Short Drive Fun (~15 Minutes)
• Ohme Gardens
Our ceremony is here, so we think it’s worth checking out! The gardens are beautiful, with winding paths, ponds, and amazing views over the valley.
• Wenatchee Confluence State Park
Perfect for a picnic, a stroll, or just relaxing by the rivers.
• Rocky Reach Discovery Center
Super fun if you like hands-on exhibits, cool views of the Columbia River, or just want something a little different to do.
• Saddle Rock Trail
f you’re feeling adventurous, this short hike has incredible panoramic views—totally worth it!
Fall & Seasonal Fun
• Wine Tastings & Vineyards
September is harvest season, so local wineries are at their best—perfect for a tasting or a relaxing afternoon.
• Apple & Fall Harvest Experiences
Late September is peak apple season! Pick your own, grab some cider, or enjoy fall treats at nearby orchards—so classic Wenatchee.
Quick Tips
• Downtown is super walkable from the Hilton, so most of the spots above are easy on foot.
• Ohme Gardens, Confluence Park, and Saddle Rock are a short drive or rideshare away.
• Late September weather is usually mild, perfect for wandering, hiking, or just sitting outside with a drink.
